Does your jewelry or watch need to be repaired or serviced?

Send your watch or Jewelry to:


Include your name, address, email address and daytime phone number and please describe what you would like repaired. We will contact you with a quote to repair your Item

If your watch is covered by the Aqua Master, Jacob & co or Freeze warranty, (includes parts and labor for one year when purchased from an authorized dealer). Please include a copy of your receipt or invoice and the original  Warranty booklet with the back cover filled in by the dealer. Also include a check or money order for $15.00 to cover return shipping, insurance and handling.

If your watch is not covered by  warranty, there is a $75.00 minimum repair/inspection charge. Please include a check or money order with your watch for $90.00 ($75.00 plus $15.00 shipping). We will contact you with a price quote to repair your watch if there are additional charges.

Loose diamonds or Gemstones In Jewelry is not covered under diamond crush Inc and is the sole responsability of its owner, Diamond Crush will repair any loose or lost diamond and gemstones under the owners expense which will be determained once the jewelry is recieved at our repair center.

Your Aqua Master, Jacob &co, Freeze Watches factory warranty does not cover:

1· Water infiltration due to failure to completely screw down the crown.
2· Damage caused by careless or incorrect use.
3· Breakage caused by accident, tampering and/or repairs attempted by
  unauthorized persons.
4· Lost or loose diamonds
5· Watchband, glass or batteries.
